why not i too use hair gel and wash it before going to bed . it's good to wash it or it may cause some damage to your hair .
you are the first person i have heard of using wax in your hair you never use wax in your hair unless you want to buzz your hair off,,,,,
i use this putty which holds a loose shape, by the time i go to bed it has pretty much lost all effect
