It's dried stripper.I got floor wax stripper all over my work pants, how can I get it out in the wash?
Either try Carbona which is in a yellow squeezable bottle with a scrub brush on top or Greece Lightning!! Both work like a charm, if those don't work WINK in a brown squeeze bottle is great too, but don't get it on anything other than the stain and read carefully it can ruine other stuff if not careful...very strong!
